Water driven dosing systems have been available for many years and common application includes pest & weed control, stock medication, irrigation, sanitation, fertilisation, fire-fighting, and industrial processes. The principle of these proportional dosing systems is that they are driven by water flow and they do not require any external power source. They are also very accurate as the dosage is always proportional to the total feed water, whether they are on constant or varying flow. Individual model selection is based upon three main criteria: Maximum and minimum water flow available, Maximum and minimum water pressure available, and the dosage rate that needs to be mixed.
